Mr. Healy’s Mission and Philosophy

Richard L. Healy opened his law firm in July 1982 with a mission to help people just like you. His philosophy is to treat each and every client as he would want to be treated if he was to walk into an attorney's office — he often asks, "Would I understand the process and feel confident and able to participate in it?" Regardless of your financial status, educational background, or community standing, Mr. Healy treats each client with the utmost respect and also understands that your time is just as valuable as his and is not to be wasted. Serious Traffic offenses

Serious traffic offenses can lead to license suspension, fines, or even incarceration. Mr. Healy is frequently called upon by clients to provide criminal defense representation in court and at Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) hearings. With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Healy will work hard to protect your driving privileges. He will work to minimize the number of points you receive on your MVA record and/or to help you obtain a restricted license for work purposes. Mr. Healy also works to get clients' revoked and/or suspended licenses reinstated and will, on an ad hoc basis, represent clients at Medical Advisory Board (MAB) hearings to protect their rights.
